Question: My father inherited land from grand dad. GPA agreement was registered on an undervalued stamp. I want to file a suit of partition against my father. Did he have the right to sell the land when I was a minor? Do I have any claim on the land?
Answer: No it was illegal to sell the land when you were a minor. Now you can file a suit with seeking an injunction from implementing that development agreement.
