Brokers are saying it is difficult to sell our property since it is old.
Answer: You can consider the areas like Safdarjung Enclave, Vasant Vihar and Saket. In Safdargunj Enclave a 3 BHK ready-to-move-in flat will be available at the price of Rs3.30 cr. In Vasant Vihar a 4 BHK ready-to-move-in flat will be priced at Rs8.50 cr and in Saket a 3 BHK will be priced at Rs3 cr.
