Question: I want to invest in a property in Noida or Greater Noida. My budget is Rs40 - Rs50 lakhs. I have shortlisted Mahagun Mantra at Noida Extension & Mahagun Mywoods at Greater Noida. This is for pure investment. Is this a good investment for a 4-5 year horizon? I am open to other properties as well.
Answer: Mahagun has products in three different categories: Affordable, Mid-range and luxury. Mantra and Mywoods are in the affordable category. Location-wise, Mantra is closer to Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. Mywoods' Phase-1 & 2 are getting delivered within a couple of months. Mahagun's most deliveries have been on time. Mantra is to be delivered next year. Both are good, but Mywoods is closer to possession, so a bit more favorable for investing. Other projects in the vicinity by Stellar, Amrapali, Gaur, etc are also viable.
