Current price of Casa Bella is Rs6,000/sq. ft. Palava Phase 2 was launched in 2015. Phase 2 was launched at price of Rs4,800/sq. ft. The current price of the Phase 2 is Rs5,500/ sq. ft. Locality has witnessed good appreciation. Government plans to develop a domestic terminal near Kalyan.
