I have shortlisted Bollineni Silas in Whitefield. I am getting a flat for Rs 3,700/sq. ft. Is this a good price to buy the property? Is it a good investment?
Answer: Whitefield properties have seen the decrease in prices but according to appreciation are not that appropriate. Bollineni Silas, by BSCPL is the early stage project, you can prefer ready to move projects at same price.
