The proposal states that 216 open plots will be handed over to the private organization and are expected to maintain for the period of 11 months. This proposal had received flak from citizen activists and opposition parties. The purpose of 11 month period allotted for maintenance is because if the spaces are not maintained properly these contracts will get terminated.
