Question: I stay in Dwarka. I am looking for either a residential or a commercial property near Dwarka to start my venture. I have a budget of Rs 20 – Rs 25 lakhs. I am planning to buy this as an investment and use it after a couple of years. I have also looked at a property in Sikka Kapital Grande at Noida Expressway which has 155 sq. ft. shops for Rs 12 - Rs 13 lakhs. How good is it to invest here?
Answer: In terms of investing in a commercial property you need to check whether what kind of people occupies that building. Also what you will be loading in that commercial space matters. The location you have chosen is good. Noida Expressway has seen demand. You can also look at Sohna Road because it will provide cheap properties than Sikka Kapital.
