8:08Now PlayingRTI and anti-encroachment activist Bhupendra Vira, 61, was shot dead at his Santa Cruz (E) residence on Saturday night (Oct 15). His wife, Ranjana, assumed he had bled after he fell from his chair as no gunshot sound was heard. The activist was allegedly murdered for his relentless fight against illegal land dealings involving former Congress corporator Razak Khan. The Mumbai police have arrested Razak Khan and his son Amjad in this case.
