Question: As an NRI, if I sell a property in a European Country and transfer the funds to India, will it be taxable?
Answer: If the property is located outside India then the same should not be taxable. If property is held outside India, then it will be taxable in the respective country and not in India. When you remit the amount to India, remittance will not be taxable.
