Answer: Aadhar Wadi is at the outskirts that is why it comes under Gram Sabha Land. So you will face the problems like approvals and facilities. These 2 projects are not listed in Magicbricks Now so exactly we cannot provide the prospects of both. But if you want to invest in Kalyan at the budget of Rs 55 lakhs – Rs 60 lakhs then there are 2BHK Apartments available in east and west of Kalyan.
