Question: I booked a house in a redevelopment project called HDIL Galaxy, Kurla. The project has been delayed, they don't have completion certificate yet. Some people have moved in. I invested 6-7 years ago. I booked the house for Rs 4700/sq. ft. and I am currently getting offers for Rs 9000/sq. ft. Should I hold or sell this property? I bought it as an investment.
Answer: I would suggest exiting out of the property as you have held it for 6-7 years. I don't expect major appreciation for the next few years. However, you should look at a better price realization compared to the price you are getting at the moment. It should be upward of Rs 10,000/-
