I want to know the credibility of the builder and appreciation of the property in next three years. I also want to know about any alternate in the budget of Rs 35 - Rs40 lakh in the same locality or nearby locality.
Answer: The project is located at a very prominent location in Bangalore which is well surrounded by educational institutions such as Vidyashilp Academy, DPS, shopping complexes, hospitals etc. It is just 1.8 Km from Kogilu Junction, which is the NH-7. This area does have the potential to offer high returns on investment as Bangalore has been witnessing a multi-directional growth in recent years, making it an attractive option for the home buyers and investors.
This location is coming up as a popular residential destination which directly links the locality to Bangalore International Airport and this has triggered the high property returns over the last few months. Also, the project delivered possession in February 2016, hence, it is already a completed project driving quite an interest from investors and home-buyers. The minimum investment horizon for any property investment should be at least 5 years to avail high returns on investment.
