Answer: Assetz is a very strong brand name and it is also a reputed developer. The Outer Ring road is a good market because it has seen a lot of commercial development. There are more projects available in this market such as Ozone Evergreen, Mayfair Anthem, Suncity and Sandeep Square. You can talk to these developers and try to see which is good project in terms of prices because of the demonetisation you can get properties and the lower rate.
