Answer: The OC should not be deterrent in terms of redevelopment of the society. However it is the very important document for a home buyer. OC is also the government certifying that the building is safe. If you haven’t got the OC do not move in. So you need to go to your buildings proposal department and get all the information. After that you can decide to take legal actions.
