Question: I have a property in Malleswaram in Bengaluru. The property was purchased 15 years ago. It is a 3BHK house. I am planning to sell the property. What price can I expect? I do not know the built-up area of the house. Kindly help me out.
Answer: Assuming that the built up area of your property is around 1600 – 1800 sq. ft. without amenities then the average rate you can expect would be around Rs 5800 – Rs 8000 per sq. ft. However if your apartment is with amenities then you can expect upto Rs 10,000 per sq. ft. Also location plays decisive criteria.
