Question: I am looking for a flat somewhere near Dongri, Thane or Ghodbunder Road. My budget is Rs 10 - Rs20 Lakh. I want to know what are the options available on all the three localities?
Answer: The budget for city is too small but if you look at the extended MMR region there are options available. In Dongri average price for 1BHK is Rs 42 lakhs. Also ready-to-move-in and resale properties are available in Mazagaon around Rs 42 lakhs. In Thane 1BHK flats are available at Kalwa and Kopri. Under construction flats will be ready in possession by 2017. On Ghodbunder road 1BHK and 2BHK flats available. Ready-to-move-in resale properties are sized between 250 - 725 sq. ft.You should look for the resale flat. Given the budget you will have to settle for smaller flat.
