Question: I want to invest Rs 1crore in Bengaluru. Which would be better option to buy a flat or buy a single small house (individual house) or buy a land? And which place in Bengaluru would be ideal?
Answer: In general the sale velocity in Bengaluru seems to be sluggish from last 2months. If you are not an end consumer then land would be a great play. Maintenance costs are low. It very easy to hold it, trade it. If your horizon is for holding it 5 years then you should invest in land. And if you horizon period is small then you should invest in ready property.
