Answer: First, you need to get the entire sale agreement drafted. Then, you need to go for adjudication of stamp duty at the Stamp Duty office followed by registration, where both parties have to be present at the Registrar office. You need to submit photographs for the same. After signing by two witnesses and payment of stamp duty charges, the sale deed is registered.
