Q: I plan to buy a property at MBR GEM Park on NH 207, 4 km away from Sarjapur Bus stand. My query is about the growth rate in future. The price quoted was around Rs 55 lakh for 2-BHK Villa. Also, the property is about 25 kms from my office. Shall I invest?
A: If you are planning to buy for your own use, it makes sense lot of sense to buy near your office. It’s true for every city in the country and especially for Bangalore. This particular location is off Sarjapur main road, which housese typical villa and bunglow properties. People have been buying there for the lifestyle that the place offers. But it’s not a very convenient place for a day-to-day commuting.
