3:00Now PlayingIn a bid to push government's digital economy agenda, Maharashtra government held ‘Digi Dhan Mela' on January 3 to promote digital payment at Mumbai University, Fort. Over 50 stalls with variety of products such as electronic goods, foodstuffs, etc were kept on sale. These stalls only accepted digital payments. Different stalls were being set up by small traders, businessmen and various banks.
Speaking on the cashless transaction, representative from the Induslnd Bank told the bank provide choice numbers to the customers and finger print banking for the ease of digital economy.
