Answer: Balewadi, Pune is a good area to buy property because of its good economic drivers. The developer you are looking at has only two projects and that’s good thing as he will be able to deliver on time. Domus by Truspace is a re-launched project by the developer under a new brand name. I would recommend you to check with the developer of why the re branding happened before you put in your money. As a project, there is absolutely nothing wrong and you can go ahead with it.
