Question: I have booked a property in Central Park by Radius Builders in Chembur. It is located atop a hill; will water supply be a problem? It’s an SRA project and I have already paid 20% of agreement value. Have I made a right decision?
Answer: Before putting in the 20% it would have been better to clarify with the builder about the water supply doubts. The project being located atop a hill at the height of 200 feet, water supply might be a problem. This project as you said is an SRA project, I would recommend you to go around and ask the brokers there, they will be the right people to tell you the ground realities. If you have paid 20% of agreement value you can demand the developer to show you the progress of the project. It’s a lot of money put in and as a consumer you should exercise your rights.
