Question: I want to know about property trend in Dwarka in general. Is it advisable to invest in and around Delhi? Also if it is advisable to buy a floor in DDA Land, Dwarka. If yes, how much should be the cost of 2BHK flat in sector 19 or 18A be? I also wanted to know about investing in land in Uttrakhand. If yes, how much will it cost?

Answer: Dwarka is an established area, the only problem it has is some pressure points as far as traffic is concerned. There are two types of properties in Dwarka-DDA Land and Cooperative Housing societies.DDA Land is relatively lower in the wishlist of buyers whereas cooperative housing societies are more in demand mainly due to the facilities they provide.Sector 19 will roughly cost around Rs 75 lakh to Rs 1 crore. and Sector 18A is slightly more costly, you will have to spend around Rs 95 lakh to Rs 1.2 crore.

Both being well connected are good areas to invest in. I would recommend you to figure out the reason to invest in Uttrakhand. In smaller cities because of no economic driver one cannot expect huge returns especially after demonetisation. I will suggest you to be careful while going into markets not familiar with.
