Question: I have a Rs. 12 lakh investment plant and I want to invest in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan or Vadodara, Gujarat. Which location is better?
Answer: I would not suggest you to invest in Vadodara, Gujarat. The prices have been flat since a very long time and there isn’t any fundamental driver. There has been an oversupply with developers offering properties at a very cheap rate. Whereas in Bhiwadi in Rajasthan is better in terms of investing with attractive pricing and good connectivity with DMIC. It continues to enjoy the benefits of being an industrial town. Rajasthan is far better from tourism, industrial and consumer perspective. I would highly recommend you to invest in Bhiwadi over Vadodara.
