Question: We have a plot in Gurgaon in sec 23 A, looking to sell the property and buy another at Bengaluru. I am getting a deal at Rs 1 crore. What are the current rates? Should I accept the deal?
Answer: The Gurgaon market has been very flat from the past few months. Even, the listed values have gone down. The property prices has been drop by 25% over the last year, says Jayashree Kurup. If the deal in Bengaluru is really good, then go for the deal. Jayashree said, “ If you find a buyer in Gurgaon, sell it and use it as a C capital.”
