Question: I had invested in Tata Arabella but they have changed the concept totally plus no work going on at the site. Please advise what should I do?
Answer: Assuming that you have registered the sales agreement with Tata Arabella, Section 7 of MOFA states, once a customer buys a flat, no material alteration can be made without prior consent of the customer. I would highly advise you to use RERA ruthlessly. You can register a case with the Economic Offences Wing, you can also consider approaching and filing a complaint with the concerned RERA authority and find out the status of the project.
