as posted by the channelExpert: Jayashree Kurup, Head- Content & Research, Magickbricks.com
Q: I want to invest in either Pune or Bengaluru. My budget is Rs 50 lakh to Rs 65 lakh. I’m planning to hold the property for at least 10 years. Which city is a better option to invest?
A: Both Pune and Bengaluru are driven by the IT sector. If you are holding the property for the next 10 years then you are most likely to get good returns. If you are looking at Pune, you will get flats in the 900-1300 sq ft range in areas like Mundwa, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Hadapsar, Baner and so on in the budget that you have specified.
In Bengaluru, with a budget of Rs 50 lakh to Rs 70 lakh, you can get a 2BHK for about 1100 to 1400 sq ft in areas such as Yellahanka, Electronic City, Bannerghatta Road, Whitefield, Hosur Road and so on.
