The second inquiry report stated the involvement of these contractors in the scam, who henceforth, have used substandard materials for road repair causing loss of Rs 60 crore to the BMC. The contractors include Relcon Infraprojects Ltd, Mahavir Roads and Infrastructure, Supreme Infrastructure etc.
