With petrol costing Rs 77.45 per litre in Mumbai and Rs 77.14 in Nagpur, petrol has become the costliest in Maharashtra even the cost remains at Rs 68.07 per liter in the national capital. Incidentally, the drought cess collected all over Maharashtra has been increased to Rs 9 from Rs 6 at a time when there's no drought in the state.
