as posted by the channelCBSE Board has issued a Show Cause Notice to MGM High School in Nerul. This comes after the school allegedly carried no investigations into the rape of a 12-year old girl. The victim, now 13 years old, was allegedly raped by her class teacher, in the school bathroom. The CBSE has accused the management of attempting a cover up. An FIR has been file against the teacher and the school principal. Despite repeated complaints, the principal did not investigate the matter and her behaviour was very casual towards the whole horrific incident.
