27:39Now PlayingThe acute water shortage in the state of Tamil Nadu has managed to affect people from all strata of society. Against Chennai’s daily requirement of 830 MLD of water, it is only receiving, 550 MLD of water. The residents of North Delhi areas such as Idgah, Azad Market and Mukherjee Nagar are reeling under a severe water crisis. The residents complained of a two-fold problem, the first being, the inconsistent supply of water and second being, the poor quality of water that they receive.
