6:12Now PlayingA doctor in Uttar Pradesh’s Gorakhpur received an extortion call from culprits who were allegedly operating from inside the Gorakhpur Jail premises.
The owner of the recently inaugurated Shahi global hospital was given an address and was instructed to drop off Rs 20 lakhs at the said address or else he would be shot dead. The doctor approached the police and shared the incident with them; however, no action was taken by the police in this matter. The doctor them ignored the call until his wife received a similar call from the same people. It was then that he approached the IG and his complaint was taken seriously.
