3:45Now PlayingIndian Space Research Organisation (ISRO)'s attempt to augment the country's indigenous navigation services became unsuccessful as the heat shield of the PSLV rocket did not open though the IRNSS-1H satellite reached sub-geosynchronous Transfer Orbit on Thursday. The PSLV-C39 took the satellite to orbit but the heat-shield tip or the rocket inside which the satellite is housed did not open. It was scheduled to open 3 minutes and 23 seconds into the flight of the rocket.
