Her lawyer raised an alarm in the middle of the night, claiming that she had not been kept under house arrest according to the court orders and that Pune police was trying to move her out from her home in Faridabad, to take her to Maharashtra. The Maharashtra HM Deepak Kesarkar said that those arrested by the Pune police are involved in anti-national activities and that they are trying to spread their activities from rural regions to urban areas.
