3:29Now PlayingIn September last year, the Delhi State Transport Authority had made it mandatory for all drivers in the city to paste a minimum a minimum of four stickers on every cab asking passengers to disable the child lock before starting the journey. This was done because the child locks have been extensively misused by drivers leading to an increase in cases of sexual misconduct and harassment. Even after a year, the rule has yet to be implemented correctly.
