3:12Now PlayingCyclone Titli has made a landfall in Gopalpur, Odisha. The cyclone categorized as very severe has crossed over into the South Odisha with windspeed up to 140 to 159 km/hr. Three boats have capsized and rescue operations are being hampered due to the turbulent weather. 27 fishermen have been rescued so far. The damage has been reported to street lights and the roads have been blocked due to the falling of the trees.
