16:19Now PlayingThousands of women in our country are disappointed and it's not just because of over a dozen women have accused a central minister of sexual harassment when he was a top editor and they were young journalists, not just because MJ Akbar has decided to go after his accusers legally sending each one of them a notice, naming 97 lawyers in that legal notice but because nobody else in the government that claims to stand for women has spoken up since the story came out which is not okay.
He can't be a minister while we look into these allegations that is all the people expect the government to say. They don't have to pick sides, they don't have to pronounce anyone guilty or not.
We have Simran Kaur Suri an actor who has spoken out against Sajid Khan and journalist and author Kanika Gahlaut who is one of the accusers of MJ Akbar.
