A Blood donation camp in 2016 found out that this man was HIV+, so they informed the local State AIDS Authority and the authority does nothing about this, but the doctors did not inform the infected man as they said that this was not their job it's the job of State AIDS Authority.
We don't know how many patients have been got the blood donated by this man. So the shocking question is, how as a patient are we supposed to be sure about the blood which has been donated at the camp?
