But every single time, BJP has hit back by saying that the details are confidential and can't be made public.
But a few weeks ago, Rafale Deal was there in Supreme Court to seek that there was proper procedure followed while the signing of the deal between the two parties, The Supreme Court dismissed the petition. The Supreme Court said that they are satisfied with the answers given to them by the Government and they see no need for an intervention in the deal.
The Head of the Parliamentary committee that as per the Supreme Court's order the Comptroller and Auditor General of India had scrutinised the deal, made a report and sent it to PAC, but the PAC members said that they never got the report.
