4:45Now PlayingThe Justice Srikrishna probe report has indicted former CEO & MD of ICICI Bank, Chanda Kochhar. In the report, the probe panel states that she had violated the company's code of conduct and there was a lack of due diligence in her annual disclosures.
While ICICI Bank's statement seems to suggest that she had failed to disclose the conflict of interest and so the onus is only on her. The accused has also issued a statement denying any wrongdoing, claiming that the bank systems could not have allowed such a conflict of interest. Watch!
