The investigation has revealed that there were multiple norms that were violated by the hotel and that there were glaring lapses in the fire safety protocol in the building.
The hotel had dysfunctional alarms, the Emergency exit was closed at nights, lane to hotel barricaded, fire exits not clearly marked, 2017 certificate doesn't mention terrace cafeteria.
