45:08Now PlayingIndia today entered the elite space club, by becoming only the fourth nation to have an Anti Satellite weapon system in place.
In a major announcement, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 27th March said that India had displayed anti-satellite missile capability by shooting down a live satellite. Calling it a rare achievement that places India in an exclusive club of space superpowers, the PM said the action did not aim against any country.
