51:35Now PlayingLast year in January when the government came with the electoral bond system to keep a watch on the political funding system in count of black money, these bonds allowed the citizens to donate money directly to the political parties using your bank account to donate money one should have to buy a bond and the bonds are available in various denominations, and the scheme sounds great on paper but the bonds do not name the bearer or the donor. The scheme has some loopholes which have raised some serious questions this case is now being heard by the Supreme Court.
