On the Urban Debate with Faye D'Souza, Over 100 children die in Bihar due to Encephalitis in 16 days. Bihar is facing one of it's worst encephalitis outbreaks this year. From the Nitish government, MoS Health Ashwini Choubey was spotted yawning and allegedly ‘snoozing’ at the same meeting. Choubey could be seen sitting with his eyes closed even as Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan spoke at the meet, according to the video and the Bihar health minister appeared to have the cricket on his mind even as he sat down for the meeting along with Union Minister of Health Harsh Vardhan and MoS health Ashwini Choubey.
