After promising free WiFi hotspots and free 200 units of electricity, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announces free bus rides for women from October 29th. He said that women will be able to travel free on Delhi government buses from October 29th. He also said, 'We are also working so that metro rides for women can be made free'.
