On the other hand, the Maharashtra state governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari has submitted a report recommending Presidential rule in the state of Maharashtra. This comes in a day after the Governor approached the NCP to show its willingness to form a government and that deadline stands till 8.30 pm on the 12th of October. The party has said that they will come to a final decision after meeting with the top leadership of the Congress and the meeting is currently underway. The Shiv Sena has moved the Supreme Court against the Governor's decision not allowing them time to prove their strength.
