Today both houses of Parliament have discussed this incident but more shocking details have emerged on ground by the investigating team. Just 66 hours before the 27-year-old doctor was raped and murdered, two of the four men accused were intercepted by the police for driving without a license but the accused managed to hoodwink the joint team of regional transport authority and the vigilance as well as enforcement department and escaped.
