"The BJP does not believe in one nation," added Sibal. "Savarkar and Jinnah were in agreement on two-nation theory," alleged Sibal. "Those who have no idea of India cannot protect the idea of India."
"Religion cannot be a factor to grant the Indian citizenship," underlined the Congress leader.
