Gulshan Rai Khatri, Metro Editor at Navbharat Times says, In 1992, there were 2 types of riots in this Seelampur, but by the evening everything was quiet. If the police had taken action here, I do not think it would have come here.
Arvind Kumar Jain, Former DGP ,U.P says, Such big riots do not happen by any one plan. It was pre-planned that the day President Trump arrived in India, riots would be carried out to embarrass the government.
