The slur which is a derogatory term was used in the challan papers by the police. The HC noted that slurs cannot be used in any official or even unofficial papers and should only be considered as a term never to be used. The High court also noted that the word brings shame to the country and is unacceptable to be used by anyone, especially the cops.
